IP telephony is rapidly becoming the new killer application on the internet. Telecommunications providers are replacing traditional telephony networks by IP based infrastructure. In most countries, lawful interception laws also apply to VOIP based infrastructure. The EVE system is now extended with a passive probe for SIP/H.323 signaling traffic. No need for network changes, no need to buy expensive lawful interception modules from your switch manufacturer.
